Our Warranty Policy:

Most of the OEM equipment sold by Radios And More will follow your vehicle's base warranty (extended warranty contracts on your vehicle not included), or a full one-year warranty, whichever is longer. Any products not covered under that warranty will be specified under the Main Features of the product details page.

The full one-year warranty covers parts and service costs as well as return shipping to you. If for any reason, your equipment fails to work, give us a call during our regular business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time) at our toll-free number (877) 888-2225 and we'll arrange to have your unit repaired. Most units can be repaired within 48 hours of receipt, so we won't make you wait too long to get yours back.

If your unit is covered by the vehicle's base warranty (when new OEM equipment is placed in the correct vehicle application). That means that if you put OEM factory audio/video equipment into your car (i.e. a Delco CD Player, Chrysler CD Changer, Ford AM/FM/Cassette), you are entitled to have that equipment repaired under your vehicle's base warranty coverage. This does require you to take it directly to a new car dealer, who will remove and re-install it and have it repaired through normal warranty procedures. Contact your local new car dealer for more details on how to do this.
